Research – User Interviews

For Plaventify's initial market research, we concentrated on a comprehensive competitive analysis to understand the event planning landscape in Uganda. We evaluated prominent platforms, assessing their features, user experience, and overall market positioning. This analysis aimed to identify gaps in the current offerings and potential opportunities for Plaventify to introduce unique and user-centric features, ensuring its differentiation and success in the Ugandan event planning sector.
